As the graph illustrates, median sale price is consistent but sales volume is way up, year after year since 2013.

Median sale price and sales volume continue to climb since 2013. ( sales volume will likely surpass 2015 by the end of the year )

The market has been heating up and there are no signs of it slowing down anytime soon.
