A strong pacific warm front will push heavy precipitation over the area starting this afternoon through Sunday. The 'pineapple express' will bring mild air from subtropical regions to increase freezing levels over the next two days.
In the outlook a broad upper low pressure system over the eastern pacific will maintain a generally moist and unstable flow over the area with a series of systems pushing snow over the Whistler area.
