Cloud from an upper trough in the northwest US is pushing cloud across the region. Expect some light flurries. Late overnight a Pacific frontal system approaches the coast with steady snow. The snow to continue throughout Tuesday, heavy at times.
Wednesday the front pushes inland with a moist onshore flow in its wake to keep the snow going.
The outlook through Friday to continue the trend of wet Pacific systems bringing periods of snow. Freezing levels to slowly drop through the end of the week.
