The last sale at Blackcomb Lodge - Unit #211, sold for $170,000 in May 2016. Net revenues after all expenses = $11,632.26 6.84% ROI in 2015!! These revenues are only going up as Whistler gets busier and busier! Revenues are up 12% in 2015 from 2014!
