As you can see from the graph, the median sale price of 1 bedroom, Phase 2 units in Whistler has been climbing every year since 2013. With 3 months left in 2016, it is likely that Phase 2 sales volume will surpass 2015. Now is an excellent time to get in the market as listing inventory dries up.
